We start with a site visit, during this visit, we take precise measurements and assess the site's conditions. This ensures that our designs are tailored perfectly to your space.

Once the site survey is complete and you have signed off the costs you receive an invoice of which you pay 50% Deposit. This secures your workshop space for making and holds your fitting dates. It also allows us to start the design process.

Technical Drawings: These are created by our in-house design team. All measurements are taken by us, but the design, look and feel is a collaboration between client and the team at Tates Joinery. Nothing is made until drawings and finishes are signed off.

All the joinery we design is made & finished in house at our large workshop on the banks of the Thames. We Dry Fit ( make in the workshop) all our bespoke joinery pre fitting in your home or commercial space to ensure a clean, smooth & quick installation.

Fitting Payment: A week before your fitting we take another 40% payment on your full invoice. This enables us to put the wheels in motion, pack up all your bespoke joinery and prepare for the Installation.

Our Skilled & Polite team arrive on site, unload and fit your Joinery. Because we have completed our dry fitting in the workshop we keep the installation time to a minimum.

Once all work is successfully completed, the remaining 10% payment is due.
